You can deduce nothing about the value of K from the information given.  Perhaps if you had given the actual ordered pair where the line intercepts the *[tex \LARGE y]-axis, or any other fully defined point on the line, then you could use the slope formula to caluclate the value of K, but as it is, you are out of luck.
