Question 644577
I am constructing a grouped frequency distribution for this set of data:
88 88 110 88 80 69 102 78 70 55 79 85 80 100 60 90 77 55 75 55 54 60 75 64 105 56 71 65 72. There are to be seven classes. The highest value is 110, lowest is 54. So I found my range which is 56, but when I calculate the class width: 56 divided by seven, you get eight. The class width is not allowed to be an even number, and if I do not have a remainder in my class width I am required to create another class to hold all the data, which won't work because I am only allowed to have seven classes.

My TI-84 gives a class width of 9 1/3 with min at 54 and max at 119 1/3
