Evaluate the function f(x)=2x^3 - 6x + 1 for f(2).
I got 5, but the textbook says -3. If anyone could clear up if I'm right in this situation, or where I probably went wrong, I'd be thankful. :)


f(2) = 5


f(- 2) = - 3


If the book's answer is - 3, then you must have forgotten the negative sign. Check it!!
