With respect to the 10:00 AM out of Philly, if you count the 8:00 out of NY that is just arriving as the P10 is leaving, and if you count the N12 that is leaving NY just as the P10 is arriving, then there are 5 meetings, namely the N8 in Philly, the N9 30 minutes later, the N10 half-way, the N11 30 minutes after that, and the N12 when the P10 arrives in NY.  If you don't count the endpoints, 3 meetings.
