Add *[tex \LARGE -\frac{3}{4}x] to both sides.

Some authors define Standard form as *[tex \LARGE Ax\ +\ By\ =\ C] where the coefficients are integers. If you don't have the integer restriction, then you are done. If you do have the integer restriction, multiply both sides by 4 (or -4 if you would rather get rid of that pesky minus sign on the lead coefficient.)

*[tex \LARGE e^{i\pi}\ +\ 1\ =\ 0]
My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
