Question 58716
Coffee drinkers. Among 100 coffee drinkers, 36 said that they preferred their coffee black and the rest did not prefer their coffee black. Find the ratio of those who prefer black coffee to those who prefer non-black coffee
:
If 36 said they preferred their coffe black
Then 100-36=64 don't prefer their coffee black
Therefore the ration of those who prefer black coffe to those who prefer non-black coffee is {{{36/64}}}
if you reduce that you get{{{4*9/(4*16)=9/16}}}
Another way to right it is: 9:16 or 9 to 16
Happy Calculating!!!
