No.  You don't have a relational operator anywhere in your problem.  Unless you have two quantities related to each other with an equals sign or an inequality sign, you can't "solve" anything.  You can attempt to simplify your expression, but in this case the expression is as simple as it gets since there are no factors common to both numerator and denominator once the denominator fraction is inverted and multiplied.
