Hi,
The idea is... to isolate the radical term on one side of the EQ
and then square both sides of the EQuation
{{{2sqrt(x+4) = x+1}}}
   4(x+4) = x^2 + 2x + 1
   4x + 4 = x^2 + 2x + 1
    x^2 - 2x -3 = 0
  (x-3)(x+1) = 0
    x = 3  0r  x = -1
