Then choose 4 integers that need not be different from each other from the interval (-12,5) which will be the *[tex \LARGE y]-coordinates.  Form 4 ordered pairs using the chosen *[tex \LARGE x] and *[tex \LARGE y] coordinates.  Form a set consisting of the four newly formed ordered pairs.  This set will be your function.
