Question 626510
{{{(7x^3-6x^2+6) - (2x^2 -4x-9) }}}

{{{7x^3-6x^2+6 - 2x^2 + 4x + 9 }}}  Distribute (to ALL terms)

{{{7x^3-8x^2+4x+15 }}}  Combine like terms.

So {{{(7x^3-6x^2+6) - (2x^2 -4x-9) }}} fully simplifies to {{{7x^3-8x^2+4x+15 }}}

In other words {{{(7x^3-6x^2+6) - (2x^2 -4x-9) =7x^3-8x^2+4x+15 }}}  for all values of x.
