Solution:
Clear the parentheses.
[(-3)+(+5)][(-7)-(4)] = [-3+5][-7-4]

Simplify the terms inside the square brackets.
[(-3)+(+5)][(-7)-(4)] = [2][-11]

Multiply and clear the square brackets.
[(-3)+(+5)][(-7)-(4)] = -22
