Write this as {{{64/100}}}, you put as many 0's behind the 1 and you have decimal places. (If you had {{{.064=64/1000}}})
{{{.64=64/100}}} The fraction can be reduced by 4 in the top and the bottom.
{{{.64=(4*16)/(4*25)}}}
{{{.64=16/25}}}

You also had 2/3, you can turn that into a decimal by dividing 2 by 3.
