1.  Only submit one question per post.


2.  Use parentheses so that it is clear what quantities belong in the numerator and which in the denominator.  Your expressions are more than ambiguous -- they can be interpreted several different ways each.  For example, does -5/2x mean *[tex \LARGE -\frac{5}{2}x], in which case you should have written -(5/2)x, or does it mean *[tex \LARGE -\frac{5}{2x}], in which case you should have written -5/(2x).
