Question 618983
In triangle ABC, segment AB is greater than segment BC, angle C measures = 4x-4 and angle A measures = x + 9. Find the minimum integral value of X.

Since segment AB > segment BC, then angle C > angle A

Now, since angle C = 4x - 4, and angle A = x + 9, then:

4x - 4 > x + 9

4x - x > 9 + 4

3x > 13

x > {{{13/3}}}, or {{{4&1/3}}}, and therefore, the minimal integral value > {{{4&1/3}}} is {{{highlight_green(5)}}}
