I don't seem able to show the symbol correctly but this is an inequality and it reads:

"4 divided by 2n is greater-than-or-equal-to 8"

Inequalities are solved much like equations:

{{{4/2n  >= 8 }}}  Multiply both sides of the >= by 2n
{{{4 >= 2n(8)}}} Simplify.
{{{4>= 16n}}} Divide both sides by 16.
{{{4/16 >= n}}} Simplify.
{{{1/4 >= n}}} or {{{n <= 1/4}}}

The answer reads: n is less-than-or-equal-to 1/4
