Question 605300
To make a frequency table, simply list all the values in one column and their respective counts (or frequencies) right next to each value.

Frequency Table:

<table border=1><th>Value</th><th>Frequency</th><tr><td>15</td><td>3</td></tr><tr><td>16</td><td>2</td></tr><tr><td>17</td><td>0</td></tr><tr><td>18</td><td>3</td></tr><tr><td>19</td><td>4</td></tr><tr><td>20</td><td>3</td></tr><tr><td>21</td><td>5</td></tr><tr><td>22</td><td>2</td></tr><tr><td>23</td><td>2</td></tr><tr><td>24</td><td>1</td></tr><tr><td>25</td><td>2</td></tr><tr><td>26</td><td>1</td></tr><tr><td>27</td><td>2</td></tr><tr><td>28</td><td>1</td></tr><tr><td>29</td><td>1</td></tr></table>

Note: The third row with 17 in the first column and 0 in the second represents the idea that there are zero occurrences of the value 17.
Now look to the fifth row: 19 in the first column and 4 in the second column tells us that there are 4 instances of the value 19.
You read the other rows in this way.

Also, as a check, adding up the frequencies in the second column should give us 32 (since there are 32 total values). Let's check this

3+2+0+3+4+3+5+2+2+1+2+1+2+1+1 = 32

So this partially verifies the answer.
