You can factor a negative one from 1-3m to get -1(-1+3m) which rearranges to -1(3m-1).


This means that the sign in the second fraction will change from a negative to a positive.



So {{{5/(3m-1)-2/(1-3m)}}} will become {{{5/(3m-1)+2/(3m-1)}}}
