Consider there to be a {{{-1}}} in front of the parentheses on the left. IE, think this:
{{{-4-1(3+6m)=(1/2)(4+2m) }}}

From there, you can distribute normally as you have done up to this point. 
Distributing on both sides:
{{{-4-3-6m=2+m }}}

You can solve it from there.
