Question 55709
f(x) = |3x| / (1-x^2)
f(-x)= |-3x| / (1-x^2)
-f(-x)= -|-3x| / (1-x^2)

Since f(x)= f(-x) the function is even
Comment: If you doubt this try some values of "x"
in f(x) and the same values in f(-x).
------------------
Since f(x) does not equal -f(-x) the function is
not odd.
