Question 589139
I am having trouble completely solving this square root problem. I know the part √70,000 is 100√7 but not sure how to solve the part before it. Thank you for your help.
===========================
{{{sqrt(12) = 2*sqrt(3)}}}
And {{{sqrt(21) = sqrt(7)*sqrt(3)}}}
Multiplyig through and simplifying gives
{{{-20*3 - 15*3*sqrt(7) + 100*sqrt(7)}}}
Combine terms:
{{{-60 + (-45 + 100)*sqrt(7)}}}
{{{-60 + 55*sqrt(7)}}}
