I'm betting on that last point actually being (2, -5).
If you were to plot the points, you would see that they are all aligned, if you don't count (2,5), or if you take (2,-5) instead.
Without plotting you would see that the x values increase by 1 as you move from one point to the next, and as the y values decrease by 2.
That shows you that it is a linear function, that would graph as a line with slope -2, because slope is the change in y divided by the corresponding change in x.
We also see from the table that for x=0, y(0)=-1, so the y-intercept is -1.
A slope of -2, and a y-intercept of -1 make the function
