Question 572316
Please help me solve this equation:
Is this the problem you had in mind?
 {{{sqrt(z) = 2/(3-2i) + 2 + 5i}}}
then multiply by (3-2i), resulting in
{{{(3-2i)*sqrt(z) = 2 + 2(3-2i) + 5i(3-2i)}}}
combine like terms on the right
{{{(3-2i)*sqrt(z) = 2 + 6 - 4i + 15i - 10i^2}}}
:
{{{(3-2i)*sqrt(z) = 8 + 11i - 10(-1)}}}
:
{{{(3-2i)*sqrt(z) = 8 + 11i + 10}}}
:
{{{(3-2i)*sqrt(z) = 18 + 11i}}}
divide both sides by (3-2i)
{{{sqrt(z) = (18 + 11i)/(3-2i)}}}
Square both sides
z = {{{((18 + 11i)/(3-2i))^2}}}
