Question 566123
If two lines have the same slope than they are parallel.

Since the line you mentioned is in slope intercept form (y=mx+b) it's easy to see that the slope (m) is -4

So any equation with a slope of -4 will be parallel. For example y=-4x+2

 {{{ graph( 300, 300, -10, 10, -10, 10, -4x+5, -4x+2)}}}
