rate=68 mph ; time= x-(1/2)=(2x-1)/2 hrs ; 
distance= rt= 68(2x-1)/2= 34(2x-1)=68x-34 miles

distance = distance
65x=68x-34
3x=34
x=11 1/4 hrs or 11hr 15 min
The time will be 8:30AM + 11hr 15 min
