so, the number may be 15 or 29 (one more than 4 times the tens digit).
take number 15, interchange 15 then you get 51. 
 51= 3*15 +6
which is 6 more than 3 times the original number. 
It satisfies our requirement. so, the answer is 15.

29 will not satisfy our requirements,interchanged number is 92 = 29 *3 + 5
 it is only 5 more than 3 times the original number.
