In a triangle the side opposite the largest angle is the largest side.
Also, interior angles are supplementary to their corresponding exterior angles.  So S plus its exterior angle = 180.  
S+100=180
S=80

80+30+T=180

The longest side is the side opposite angle S, which is the largest angle.  That side is RT.
