Question 547146
if 75% had 8 classes the the other 25% had less than 8
so if 60% of that 25% had 6+ the that leaves 40% of that 25 with fewer than 6
to make this easier im going to say theres 100 students in the class
25% is 25 students and 40% of 25 is .4(25)=10 so 10 divided by total 100 students multiplied by 100%: {{{10/100}}}*100%=10%
there might not be 100 students but it makes getting the % easier to see Ill show below that any number of students could be used and still get 10% as answer
.
if there were 3948273645 in the class 25% is {{{.25(3948273645)=98706411.25}}} and 40% of that is {{{.4(98706411.25)=394827364.5}}}
so then {{{394827364.5/3948273645=.1}}} {{{.1*100=10}}}%
