The answer is obvious just by inspection. 3+2=5 and 4+2=6.

By algebra.

{{{(3+n)/(4+n)=5/6}}}

Cross multiply

{{{6(3+n) = 5(4+n)}}}

Multiply each number by what's inside the ()

{{{18 + 6n = 20 + 5n}}}
