Consecutive even integers are n, n+2 and n+4.<P>
Consecutive even integers are separated by 2.  For example 2, 4 and 6.<P>
The largest is n+4 and it's 2 times the smallest.<P>
n+4 = 2n<P>
Subtract n from both sides.<P>
4=n.<P>
The numbers are 4, 6 and 8.
