A line with an undefined slope is a vertical line. All of the ordered pairs that comprise a vertical line have the same *[tex \Large x] coordinate. All you have to do to write the equation is say that *[tex \Large x] is equal to the value of the *[tex \Large x] coordinate in the point given. There is no *[tex \Large y] term in such an equation because the *[tex \Large y] value has no relationship to the *[tex \Large x] value in a vertical line.

*[tex \LARGE e^{i\pi} + 1 = 0]
My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
