Question 529972
An inverse variation follows a relation like
{{{y=K/x}}} with some number {{{K}}}
which you will have to find.
It is like the relation between the speed ant the time it takes for a trip. The greater the speed, the lesser the time for the trip.
Just substitute the values you have for x and y and find your {{{K}}}
The graph will look like a curve in the first quadrant that hugs the x and axes. For plotting, I would suggest calculating y values for x=2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 40, and 100. That makes it a pretty graph (I tried until I got a nice looking one).
