Question 529784
find the value of each angle if angle A is 18 more than twice its suppliment

Let angle's measure be A

Then its supplement = 180 - A

We can therefore say that: A = 2(180 -A) + 18

A = 360 - 2A + 18

A + 2A = 360 + 18

3A = 378

A, or angle = {{{378/3}}}, or {{{highlight_green(126^o)}}}

Other angle (its supplement) = 180 - 126, or {{{highlight_green(54^o)}}}
