Question 527894
Point slope form is

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

where m is the slope and (x1, y1) is the given point

In your case, the slope is m = 3 and the given point is (4,5). So x1 = 4 and y1 = 5

Plug all this in to get

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 5 = 3(x - 4)

So the answer is y - 5 = 3(x - 4)
