Question 524440
<font face="Times New Roman" size="+2">

Do you mean:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ f(x)\ =\ \sqrt{\frac{x^2\ +\ 2}{-5x}}]

or

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ f(x)\ =\ \frac{\sqrt{x^2\ +\ 2}}{-5x}]

Next time use parentheses to make your mathematical expressions unambiguous.

Either way, in the definition of *[tex \Large f(x)] replace every instance of *[tex \Large x] with the expression *[tex \Large x\ +\ 6] and then simplify.
