The good news is that you did everything right until the last step.  When you multiply or divide an inequality by a negative number, you must flip the inequality symbol.  This will give you:

y>1/2x-2

Once you have done this, you graph the line using a dashed line.  Because y is greater than the line, you shade above the dashed line.  I am new to this and cannot figure out how to get the computer to show the dashing of the line and how to shade above it.
