Question 520248
<font face="Times New Roman" size="+2">

Let *[tex \Large h] represent the number of homework assignments. Then let *[tex \Large t] represent the number of tests. Presuming 100 percentage points per assignment and/or test, then the total score for homework would be *[tex \Large 95h] and the total points for tests would be *[tex \Large 4*85t\ =\ 380t] and then the overall average would be:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \frac{95h\ +\ 340t}{h\ +\ 4t}]

And that is as far as you can go without knowing at least a ratio of homework assignments to tests.

*[tex \LARGE e^{i\pi} + 1 = 0]
My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
