2/3 + X/5 < 4/15   SOLVE USING ADDITION AND MULTIPLICATION PRINCIPALS

HERE IS WHAT I HAVE SO FAR:

X/5 + 2/3 < 4/15

2*X/3.5 < 4/15 =
2*X/15 < 4/15         

AM I DONE OR IS THERE MORE?

       {{{X/5}}} + {{{2/3}}} < {{{4/15}}}

Multiply every term by LCD = 15

 15·{{{X/5}}} + 15·{{{2/3}}} < 15·{{{4/15}}}

Simplify:

      3X + 10 < 4

Add -10 to both sides:

           3X < 4-10

           3X < -6

Divide both sides by 3

           {{{3X/3}}} < {{{(-6)/3}}}

              X < -2

[As long as you divide or multiply only by positive
numbers, you don't flip the inequality sign].
