The thousands digit is 5 and the tens digit is 7.  7 plus 5 is 12, that means the hundreds digit plus the ones digit must add up to 3 (15 minus 12 is 30.  2 and 1 add up to 3 and 2 is double 1.  So the hundreds digit has to be 1 and the ones digit has to be 2.
