Question 503072
1st muliply 1/4 intox and 4 you'll get 1/4x +1 and do the same thing with 1/5(2x+3) you'll get 2/5x + 3/5 so the next step what it looks like is this.
1/4x + 1 = 2/5x + 3/5...Now you want to the like numbers together, so we have to get x by itself, so we subtract the #1 on both sides of the equal sign, an you should show the problem like this. 1/4x+1-1=2/5x+3/5-1. it would come out as this 1/4x =2/5x -3/5. Then subtract 2/5x on both sides 1/4x-2/5x = -3/5 , after that it will look like -3/20x = -3/5. If you have to continue solving this problem, then we have to get x by itself, for that we have tomultiply the -3/20 and do the recipical of -3/20. It would look like thid -20/3x * -3/20x = -3/5 * -20/3, so it cancle itself out and leaves x = -3/5 * -20/3 ishould come out as x = 4..

I hope this help sole your problem...
