It depends on the location of the angle relative to the sides. 
If the angle is across one of the sides, you can use the law of sines to find angle of the other side you know. 
From there, you can find the  missing angle, and again using the law of sins to find the missing side.
If the angle is between your two given sides, you can use the law of cosines.
We need to know the location of the angle relative to the sides you are given.
