how do I figure out if job satisfaction is independent of experience?

I ran a Chi-Square Test on the 2 by 2 data set
and got the following results:

Test Statistic: chi-sq = 11.9048
p-value = 0.0005599

Conclusion:
Since the p-value is less than 1%, reject Ho
at the 1% significance level.
The test does not support the independence of the factors.
