Let *[tex \Large x_1] represent the amount of ingredient 1 in some unit of weight or volume.  Let *[tex \Large c_1] represent the cost per unit of ingredient 1.  Likewise, amount and cost of ingredient 2 and the total mixture would be:  *[tex \Large x_2,\ \ c_2,\ \ x_T,\ \] and *[tex \Large c_T]


Set up a system of equations, one equation for the total weight, and one equation for the total cost.

Which are the variables and which are the coefficients depends on what data you are given.  Since you didn't bother to share any data except for the cost of ingredient 1, this is as far as I can take this one.
