Question 479232
1)	Sam is 5 years older than Marcia so If we substract 5 years to Sam’s age then Sam and Marcia will be the same age

Marcia=Sam-5.....................(1)

2)	After two years – means we have to add 2 years in both Marcia’s age and Jack’s age
Marcia+2=Jack+2
3)	Marcia will be 4 years older than Jack after two years so add 4 to (Jack+2) then both Marcia and Jack will be of same age
Marcia+2=(Jack+2)+4 ...............(2)

4)	Now we have to find How many years older is Sam than Jack?

We have two equations (1) and (2)
Marcia=Sam-5....................(1)
Marcia+2=(Jack+2)+4..........(2)

Now in equation (2) replace Marcia with (Sam-5):
(Sam-5)+2=(Jack+2)+4
Sam-5+2=Jack+2+4
Sam-3=Jack+6
Sam=Jack+6+3
Sam=Jack+9............(3)

Above equation shows that if we add 9 years to Jack’s age he will be of the same age as Sam

So Same is 9 years older than Jack
