Question 6140
okay, if the (x^2-1) is part of the logarithm, but not under the radical, then:

{{{log5(x^2+1)^(1/3)-log5(x^2-1)}}}
{{{(1/3)*log5(x^2+1)-log5(x^2-1)}}}

by the way, someone else just posted this same problem with the divisor as {{{(x^2-1)^2}}}
