Question 468152
HOw do you multiply radicals?
Lets say... (4 to the square root of 2)(3 to the square root of 2)
------------------
Do you mean {{{4^sqrt(2) }}} ?? I doubt that
I think you mean 4 times square of 2....
{{{4sqrt(2)*3sqrt(2)}}}
Multiply what's under the radical, if they're the same index
{{{sqrt(2)*sqrt(2) = sqrt(4) = 2}}}
You can't multiply a sqrt times a cube root, tho.
-------------------
{{{4sqrt(2)*3sqrt(2) = 12sqrt(4) = 12*2 = 24}}}
