Question 47438
{{{ 2^(7 - 3x) = 4^-1 }}}
{{{ 2^(7 - 3x) = (2^2)^-1 }}}
{{{ 2^(7 - 3x) = 2^(-2) }}}

So we have an equation that says "2 to power (7-3x)" is EQUAL to "2 to power -2"

So, the 2 powers must be the same number.
So 7-3x = -2
7+2 = 3x
9 = 3x
or 3x = 9
--> x = 3
