 From his experience with growing watermelons, he estimated that 95% of the watermelon's weight is water.

.95 * 20 = 19 lb is water

If the watermelon is still 90% water, what percent is not water? 
If 90% is water then, 10% has to be not water, (the two have to add up to 100%)
