Question 452366
First you need to find at least two points, but I always do three just to be on the safe side.

To find three different points a)let x = -1, b)let x = 0 c)let x = 1

a) x = -1
y = -5x + 3
y = -5(-1) + 3
y = 6 + 3
y = 9   (-1, 9)

b) x = 0
y = -5x + 3
y = -5(0) + 3
y = 3   (0, 3)

c) x = 1
y = -5x + 3
y = -5(1) + 3
y = -6 + 3
y = -3   (1, -3)

Now graph the points (-1, 9); (0, 3); (1, -3), then draw a connecting straight line through the three points and you will have the graph y=-5x+3.
