A nutritionist must meet certain requirments and yet keep the weight of a package to a minimum. He is considering combining two foods which are packaged in tubes. 
Each tube of food A contains 4 units or protein, 2 units of carbs, and 2 units of fat and weighs 3 lbs. 
The requirement calls for 42 units of protein, 30 units of carbs, and 18 units of fat. 
How many tubes of each food should be supplied?
