Question 45763
3 is divided by the fraction 4 plus Pi/2 x Pie
The fraction 4 plus Pi/2 x Pie = {{{4+pi/2pi}}}
But {{{pi/2pi}}} sinply cancels out the {{{pi}}} on the top and bottom leaving you with {{{1/2}}}.
So, {{{4+pi/2pi}}} becomes {{{4+1/2 = 4(1/2)}}} and {{{4(1/2) = 9/2}}}.
So, 3 divided by the fraction 4 plus Pi/2 x Pie becomes 3 divided by the (improper) fraction 9/2, which is,
{{{3 / (9/2)}}}
Double the 3 on the top and the 9/2 on the bottom to give,
{{{6 / 9)}}}
={{{2 / 3)}}}
